6. Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

• Damaged items only eligible for return

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (or the appropriate method available for COD orders, where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items
