Replacement Policy
Approved replacements are shipped within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.
Tracking details are provided once dispatched.
Refund Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or electronic payment after the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing Timeline
